Introduction

Survey Analytics LLC ("We") and our affiliates (SurveySwipe, MicroPanel, QuestionPro etc.) understand that you take your privacy seriously. We take your privacy seriously too, and we are committed to being transparent about the kinds of data we collect, how we use that data and with whom it is shared. We are also committed to providing you with control over the data we collect about you.

Age limit

If you are under the age of 13, please do not attempt to register with SurveySwipe. If you think a user under the age of 13 is using SurveySwipe, please notify us using the contact information provided above so that we can delete the user and all associated information as soon as possible.

Information you provide to us

Profile: When you register with SurveySwipe, will provide us with your first and last names, and your email address. Once you register with SurveySwipe, we ask that you update your profile to include other information about yourself such as your birth date, gender, race, household income, marital status, educational background, your living arrangement, etc. This will help SurveySwipe and your community better understand your preferences so that you can be alerted to future events, offers and opportunities that match your interests.

Consent: SurveySwipe will ask to use the location information from your s built-in GPS. You may choose to opt in or to opt out. You may consent to receiving push notifications from SurveySwipe to your device so that SurveySwipe and the communities you are associated with may contact you via the SurveySwipe system.

Information We Collect

Usage Information: We keep track of some of the actions you take, both on the SurveySwipe mobile application and via the SurveySwipe website. For example, we need to keep track of when you have begun a survey and whether you have completed all the questions associated with it. We also track how you respond to surveys that are associated with your communities - those that you joined privately and thus referred you to SurveySwipe or those you automatically joined as part of your SurveySwipe registration.

Device and Location Information: When you access the SurveySwipe website and/or use the SurveySwipe mobile application, we may collect information about your device operating system, version, browser type, location by reverse IP look-up and whether you have other accessories like a camera installed on your device.

In addition to this information, we collect the UUID of your device and use uniquely generated tokens to securely send push notifications to your device. We also collect your location information (latitude and longitude only) using the in-built GPS in your device if you have consented for us to do so.

Cookie/Other Persistent Information: When you visit our website we (small pieces of data we store for an extended period of time on your computer) to make SurveySwipe easier to use, and to protect both you and SurveySwipe from security breaches. In the SurveySwipe mobile application, we store your user identification number (but never your password) so that you t have to provide login information every time you use the SurveySwipe application.

Information we receive from third-parties

SurveySwipe Platform: The SurveySwipe platform allows third-parties to extend their communities to mobile devices. You may already be a member of these communities - for example they may have referred you to the SurveySwipe application - or you may choose to join other communities through SurveySwipe. Through this transaction we may receive a small bits of information about you and we may merge the profile information that comes from these various sources.

How We Use Information We Receive

We use information collected by SurveySwipe for purposes either as described in this policy or as disclosed to you in other ways such as via links you are directed to through our site. We may store and process the information we receive in United States and/or in foreign countries. The following are examples of how we may use the information we receive:

• To improve user engagement via profile segmentation
• To send relevant surveys and provide meaningful rewards
• To deliver real time feedback, questions and results
• To invite you to join communities
• To send promotional offers from the communities that you join
• To provide contextual questions and feedback polls based on your location information
• To participate in various communication platforms for SurveySwipe and other partners

How We Share The Information We Receive

We do not share the information we receive with third parties except to meet legal requirements and in cases where it is reasonably necessary to provide our services to you. We may share information that is not personally identifiable ("anonymized") if deemed necessary to promote our business and/or to provide services to you. We may share your information for the following purposes, for example:

• Because you have choosen to share information with communities you have joined
• To offer joint services with other companies, such as sharing some information about you to provide Amazon Gift Certificates and other similar rewards.
In the event of sale or substantial change of control of SurveySwipe, we may transfer your information to the new owner so that services continue to operate.

How You Can Change or Remove Your Information

To permanently remove your information, you can delete/uninstall the application from your device and all of its associated data will be removed. To unsubscribe from the service, please visit our website and/or simply contact us via one of the ways specified in the Contact Information section above.

To change your profile information, go to the profile section on the website or the mobile application and make changes as needed. You may opt out of push notifications for SurveySwipe by disabling this function. You can also opt out of sharing location information and our ability to send push notifications, either globally or for the SurveySwipe application, by disabling these permissions.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to change this policy at anytime. We will make reasonable attempts to notify you of the changes via email and posts on our website. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy frequently.
